Q1. HOW MAY I APPLY FOR THE SHIOK! CARD?

Simply spend *$50 in a single receipt mall-wide at Jurong Point and apply at Customer Service to receive your SHIOK! card immediately.


Q2. MAY THE CARD BE USED IMMEDIATELY ?

Yes, you will receive a fully activated SHIOK! card which may be used at participating retailers. You will also instantly qualify for any lucky draws or redemptions tied to the SHIOK! programme.
You may enjoy participating retailer’s offer instantly at point of purchase without having the hassle of queuing at Customer Service counter anymore.

Q3. WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE SHIOK! CARD?

The SHIOK! card is valid for the duration of the programme’s lifespan.

Q4. WHAT BENEFITS & PRIVILEGES CAN I ENJOY AS A SHIOK! MEMBER?

1. Lifetime membership during the programme’s lifespan.
2. Direct discounts of up to 20% off at participating merchants (which replaces issuance of WorldCard Points)
3. 2X chances at all mall-run promotions and/ or lucky draws (whenever applicable)
5. Invitation to Members’ Exclusive Events and Sales

Q5. HOW MAY I USE THE SHIOK! CARD?

Present your SHIOK! card when you make payment via cash, NETS or credit card at participating merchants' outlets. You will enjoy either a direct discount or special promotion when you present SHIOK! at participating merchants’ before payment.

Q6. IS MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?

Membership is non-transferable.

Q7. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SHIOK! CARD IS LOST,STOLEN OR DAMAGED?

Visit the Customer Service Counter at Level 1 to re-apply for a new card. Your previous card will be deactivated with immediate effect. An administrative charge of S$5 applies for replacement of lost or damaged / defaced cards. Faulty or stolen cards will be replaced when a report is made at Customer Service. Please present a copy of your police report if your wallet has been stolen.
