CLERK-OF-WORKS (STRUCTURAL/ ARCHITECTURAL)
- Minimum 5 years construction experience in supervision of C&S works.
- Experience in supervision of reinforced and post-tensioned concrete structures and, structural steelwork would be an advantage.
- Experience in supervision of architectural works found in commercial and residential developments.
- Registered as Clerk-Of-Works under Building Control Act.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
- Experienced in supervising, training a team of housekeepers, adopt mall’s service standards
- Familiar with planning staff schedules
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with 2 to 4 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Willing to work on rotating shifts
- Positive attitude and enjoys providing quality service to mall’s shoppers

- Possess NSRS certificate with Secondary / NTC education
