Present your Extra SHIOK! card when you make payment via cash, NETS or credit card at participating merchants' outlets. You will enjoy either a direct discount or special promotion when you present Extra SHIOK! at participating merchants’ before payment.
You will be accorded rebates in EXTRA$ based on the nett amount spent at the store when your Extra SHIOK! card is swiped on the card terminal. For every $10 spend, 0.3% rebates in EXTRA$ will be accorded. You will be issued a Purchase/Award charge slip. Details of your quarterly accumulated EXTRA$ will be indicated on the charge slip. There is no need to approach Customer Service to join the top spender draw.
Yes, the Customer Service will assist to enter your lucky draw chances and pass you the awards accordingly.

EXTRA$ reflected in the charge slip entitles you to redeem for parking or top-up your transit e-wallet every quarter. 0.3% rebate is awarded for every $10 spend (minimum spend of $10 applies).
You may use the extra$:
- To top-up your transit e-wallet to offset the cost of your MRT/Bus ride or to offset a minimum of 2 hour of free parking at Jurong Point.
- To top-up transit e-wallet. Please visit Customer Service at Oasis Lounge for top-up. Minimum transaction value to top-up is $1. You must present Extra SHIOK! to enable the top up which can only be done at the terminal located at Customer Service at Oasis Lounge.
- To opt for free parking. Simply register your IU number with us and breeze through our gantries without paying a cent. No partial offset of parking charges permitted. You must have a minimum of either $1.07 or $2.14 in your Extra$ wallet to permit any deduction to take place. Minimum amount of EXTRA$ required to offset parking charges for the first 2-hour is either $1.07 on weekdays or $2.14 on weekends.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CENTRIS RESIDENTS:
As Centris residents already have a resident pass and enjoy free parking, residents who are Extra SHIOK! members will be permitted to convert EXTRA$ rebates into transit e-wallet or Gift Cards, minimum value of rebate required for conversion is $11 (for $10 Gift Cards).
In such cases, member will need to elect one party as the recipient of parking redemptions when signing up for membership. The second party may use rebates for transit (bus/MRT) or may convert their balance Extra$ into Gift Cards, minimum value of rebate required for conversion is $11 (for $10 Gift Cards).
All EXTRA$ are valid for a period of 3 months. Unutilized rebates will be forfeited at the end of each quarter and cannot be converted to cash.
Qualifying Period:
Period 1: 1 January - 31 March 2012
Period 2: 1 April – 30 June 2012
Period 3: 1 July - 30 September 2012
Period 4: 1 October - 31 December 2011
Membership is non-transferable.
Visit the Customer Service Counter at Level 1 to re-apply for a new card. Your previous card will be deactivated with immediate effect but all EXTRA$ and lucky draws chances will be rolled over to your new card.
An administrative charge of S$10 applies for replacement of lost, damaged or defaced cards. Faulty or stolen cards will be replaced without charge. Please present a copy of your police report if your wallet has been stolen.
