How may I apply for a Jurong Point WorldCard?



A
Automatically qualify as a member by spending a minimum of S$50 (Max. 2 same day combined receipts) at Jurong Point.

Present your receipts and complete the application form at Customer Service at Level 1 or the Oasis Lounge at Level 2 to receive your SHIOK! card.

Will I get to use my card on the spot once I sign up as a member?

Yes, you will receive a fully activated SHIOK! card immediately.

You may redeem and earn WorldCard Points instantly at the participating merchants' point of purchase, check your point balance online etc doing away with long queues at the Customer Service Area.

What are WorldCard Points?

WorldCard Points (WP) are loyalty points which rewards you for every dollar you spent at participating outlets. WorldCard Points have an actual tender value such that 1WP = S$0.01.

Thus WorldCard Points accumulated can be redeemed off any of your purchases instantly at these outlets, just like cash. Points accumulated regionally will be pegged to the prevailing exchange rate at the same ratio of 1WP is to S$0.01.

How may I use the SHIOK card?

How do I redeem for the 3% rebate vouchers?

Once you've accumulated up to *S$500 spending at Jurong Point within a 3 month qualifying period (^qualifying period to be determined by Jurong Point), you will automatically qualify as a TOP SPENDER. You will be notified by post to collect your Top Spender Rewards within a given period.

TOP SPENDER REWARDS:

  • 3% SHIOK! Rebate Vouchers (redeemable at all point-awarding SHIOK! stores and rebate merchants only)
  • 3 month access pass to Oasis Lounge
  • 4 full day complimentary parking coupons

NOTE:

  • 3% rebate is given for the first S$500 spent at point awarding SHIOK! stores and specified rebate merchants. Every subsequent S$100 spent will entitle you to 1% rebate in SHIOK! Rebate Vouchers, capped at S$1,000.
  • SHIOK! rebate vouchers are only applicable for use at SHIOK! stores who award WorldCard points at point of sales or at specified rebate merchants.
  • *Proof of accumulated purchase is based on actual electronic transactions, tracked whenever a SHIOK! card is accorded points via the card terminal of a SHIOK! store

How do I earn and redeem WorldCard Points?

Step 1
Present your Jurong Point WorldCard when you make payment via cash, nets or credit card at participating merchants' outlets.

Step 2
You will be accorded WorldCard Points each time you spend at participating merchants' outlets. The percentage of WorldCard Points accorded will vary from merchant to merchant.

For example, 5X refer to WorldCard Points equivalent to 5% of your total purchase value. So you will receive 500 WP for every S$100 spent in this instance.

Step 3
Check your last WorldCard transaction charge slip to view your point balance. Alternatively, you may log on to Jurong Point's customized members' website www.jurongpoint.com.sg/SHIOK for online points enquiry and a list of benefits and privileges.

Step 4
Present your Jurong Point WorldCard to redeem your WorldCard Points to offset your next purchase or exchange them for special deals at any of Jurong Point's participating merchants or WorldCard's network of other merchants.

Will I gain my WorldCard Points immediately after making my purchase?

Yes, all WorldCard Points will be accorded instantly or by the end of the day. However, there are times when the points will have to be manually accorded; this may take up to 30 working days.

How do I check my WorldCard Points balance?

You can check your latest WorldCard Points balance via transaction receipts upon spending at participating merchants or via Jurong Point's customized members' website www.jurongpoint.com.sg/SHIOK.

Alternatively, you can call WorldCard Singapore Membership Office at 6720 0888 or log on to WorldCard's website at www.worldcard.com.sg for point enquiry. For first time login, click First Time Login to obtain your PIN.

Will my WorldCard Points expire?

All WorldCard Points have a shelf life of 24 months from date earned.

In the event you utilizes your WorldCard to earn points at any participating merchant within the 24 months, your accumulated points balance will be automatically extended for an additional 24 months. Hence, the validity is virtually perpetual.

What should I do if my Jurong Point WorldCard is lost or stolen?

Contact WorldCard Singapore Membership Hotline at 6720 0888 to de-activate your card and prevent unauthorized usage of your
WorldCard Points.

Visit the Customer Service Counter at Level 1 to re-apply.

An administrative charge of S$20 is applicable for replacement of lost Cards.
