• Attend to tenants and shoppers’ enquiries and feedbacks
• Basic office administrative duties
• Process of redemptions and lucky draw entries
• Sales of gift cards
• Assist with Annual Mall Wide Campaigns

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level required
• Good spoken English and preferably bilingual
• Previous experience in retail and hospitality industry would be an added advantage
• Computer literate, service oriented, responsive with strong initiative
• Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need to apply
• Homemakers are welcome

• Handle safety and security issues of the mall
• Basic security duties

• Physically fit
• Possess NSRS/WSQ security licensing modules and security licence
• Able to work on rotating shifts/ weekends/ PH
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Keen to learn and possess good working attitude
• Only Singaporean or Singapore PRs need to apply

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the shopping mall, washrooms, etc
• Experience needed
• Reliable & hardworking
• Working hours : 8.00am – 5.00pm / 8.00am-10.15pm/ 10.00pm-7.00am

• Experience in supervising and training a team of cleaners
• Familiar in planning staff schedule
• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
