Job Description

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Prepare and cook foods as directed by head chef or superiors.
  • Work closely and cooperate with your team.
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation, quality and consistency, personal and food hygiene.
  • Minimize food wastages, follow instructions from head chef.
  • Follow the cleaning schedule and wash your workstation, chillers, freezers, equipment as well as utensils in order to maintain cleanliness at all times and follow workplace safety and regulations.
  • Transporting the soiled utensils to the washing area and refill with the clean utensils and table wares.
  • Provide support in ad-hoc duties assigned by the superiors.
