Terms & Conditions:

1. The deals are exclusive only for L Privileges members registered under Jurong Point Corporate Privileges Programme.

2. The deals are available for purchase on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

3. The deals are only applicable for use at the respective retailers @ Jurong Point via the L Privileges app by 31 Dec 2024, unless otherwise stated.

4. No extensions of E-coupons will be entertained.

5. The deals are exclusive deals by the respective retailers as stated.

6. For usage, the L Privileges member must present the unused and unexpired E-coupon via L Privileges mobile app at point of sale at respective retailer for verification. The L Privileges member shall present the Deals QR Code to retailer for the redemption. Retailer’s terms and conditions apply.

7. Screenshots of E-coupons will not be accepted.

8. The E-coupons cannot be replaced if they have been unlawfully obtained, or are expired or voided, or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.

9. Retailer may choose to refuse the use of any E-coupons which, in its opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or have expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.

10. The E-coupons are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

11. No refund or change will be given if the value of the E-coupons presented to participating retailers exceeds the amount payable.

12. Prices listed are subject to prevailing GST and service charge, unless otherwise stated.

13. Offers are not valid with other promotions, packages, privilege cards, discounts or vouchers.

14. Information is correct at time of print and subject to changes by participating retailers without prior notice.

15. All images featured are for illustration purposes only.

16. The Management shall not be responsible for any error, omission, delay or loss of E-coupons as a result of technical malfunction or any error attributed to the L Privileges app, L Privileges website and vendors.

17. The Management reserves the right to change the redemption offer and/or these terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice.

18. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Management will be final.
